 Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
At Forge Fit, we value consistency, communication, and respect for each client’s time. Our policies are designed to keep your training flexible while maintaining accountability and fairness.

Commitment Plans

To ensure meaningful progress, all commitment plans require a minimum of one month before cancellation. After the first month, plans may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice — completely free of charge. 

Because sessions are prepaid, commitment clients may reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Any prepaid sessions that haven’t been used at the time of cancellation will be refunded on a prorated basis.

 

No-Commitment Sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
 

Changes made within 24 hours are subjected a $35 fee, and no-call/no-show will be charged the full price of $70
